In today's post we will learn the concept of the relation between equivalent fraction and simplify fractions.

In order to decide whether two fractions are equivalent fraction, we need to simplify fractions. When two fractions are given, first the fractions needs to be simplified to smaller form and then compared.

As for example: Given fractions: 3/4 and 9/12
After simplifying: 3/4 and 3/4
Both are equal and therefore, 3/4 = 9/12.
